Welcome to Ulinga Indigenous Resources, the premier 100% Aboriginal owned consultancy and training company with a decade of experience in delivering top-notch training and consultation services. Our logo and name, "Ulinga," meaning 'To Fly' in Aboriginal language, symbolizes growth and progress. The dots arranged in a circle represent a meeting place for Aboriginal people, while the word 'Ulinga' at the center signifies a gathering place for client businesses and others to learn, share experiences, and soar in the workplace.

Meet our Director/Owner, Ron Jones, a proud Biripi man with ancestral roots in the mid North Coast of NSW. With over 25 years of expertise in the Construction and Infrastructure Industry, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He has more than 10 years of experience working closely with Aboriginal communities, over 13 years of training and assessing expertise, and a commendable 9-year stint as a National Safety Manager.

At Ulinga, we are dedicated to fostering cultural understanding, promoting inclusivity, and facilitating collaboration between businesses and Aboriginal communities. Our comprehensive training programs encompass a wide range of cultural safety skills that will assure that your workplace will be conducive to growth where we soar together towards a safer, more inclusive, and prosperous future.
